Alternate Earth Crisis: ANEW Guideline
Basically same as all previous RPG rules, exception that Jackass Rule is in effect. For AEC: ANEW the Jackass Rule is 48 hours like usual, as long as the main characters or named NPCs of that player's group doesn't die.
This is a continuation and sequel of the previous RPG, Alternate Earth: Crisis 2111, everything that occurred in that RPG is canon. Due to not everyone remembers or have not join Crisis I will post up a summarization of the AE: Crisis 2111 and its results to tell what happened. The Opening Prologue will detail some of those events from the eyes of Lucas ConDoin one of the main characters and a player character from Crisis 2111.
Pricing system is honor bound, with a community enforcement to see if prices should be adjusted or not. Payment is that players are paid if they are not a Bio Hazard with Universal Credits, though for RPG Fluff you can convert UCs into other country currency. Currently each nation starts off with 10 million credits to use as they wish, Please not there is no weekly pay but instead payment is given by participating in events or after so many RPing threads to promote activity.
PCs, SPCs, and NNPCs. In the original Crisis there was only limit of one PC, and five NNPCs. For AEC: ANEW it is quite different instead there is no limit to NNPCs but there is a limit how many are "special" Which will be called Support NNPCs. Other non Support NNPCs are more for story related things. The current Limit will be Seven Support NNPCs but that can change in the future. PCs and SPCs are what they are abbreviated for Player Character and Secondary Player Character. Player Character is your main character and the core of your personal story, well a Secondary Player Character is another Player Character you can play but is not your main character or the lead. They can be either antagonist, a fellow protagonist, and if you felt like being in other faction or another player controlled faction. each Personal player and Secondary can be paid or even given items by factions or purchasing weaponry if they wish. Player Basic Payment is starting at 100,000 Universal Credits that can be used budget to do whatever they wish and like factions can be paid for participating in Rp Events. But unlike Factions which get paid after so many events personal payment doesn't. Only exception to this all is Bio Hazard's as they require to gather strength the old traditional way, converting humans into Bio Hazards (James). Or other Bio Hazards challenging you who end up either being killed or forced to accept you as their leader etc.
Player controlled Nations, NPC Nations, and Organization's in this RPG are mostly set on the national level. Some are free to be edited by said player if they wish to take control of one of that current nations as they see fit (Like revolution, coup, etc). Organizations can be formed or destroyed by player characters as well if they wish not be apart of a nations (Example: The Shield of Ragnarok).
Skills, themselves are usually for Nano Wardens and Bio Hazards to use for their player characters and others. A Player can choose to be neither but is one of the many plot points of the RPG along with national intrigue and religious debate between groups for example. Currently you are limited to 5 skills at max at the moment, though players from previous RPGs PCs may have a slight advantage being stronger then they were in previous RPG. Though some will be limited imposed by the player controlling them. (Lucas, currently weakened; James is technically partially sealed.) Skills can be anything really as long one follows pros and cons of said skills. As well to allow a bit of fairness players only allowed to use two skills per turn, thus forcing to one think what skill to use in PvP or PvE. Only time this may change if certain circumstances allows it.
