The being that are being worshiped by the Revolution, and was responsible for the destruction of many cities in North America, resulting in the semi-chaotic state that it is in now. Not much is known about the being, with the little information gathered from the battles that it had fought in, and the small amount of information that are retrieved from the teachings of the Revolution. That said it is not something anyone should poke into, the being have great power, shown to have the ability to freely control time.
Fortunately for the humans, the being had disappeared after the destruction of California, and won't be able to destroy anymore cities. That said, there are rumors(mostly from the Revolution) that the being is still alive, and is rebuilding it's strength to return. This time, it won't just be California that'll get destroyed...

Power: A-
Can destroy even thick stone or metal walls using a punch from the "hand", even alone, the Tentacles can pierce through metal.
In his new form, he is even stronger than before, very little beings or structures can withstand his strength.
Defense: B+(B-)
Can deflect weak firearm, but will receive quite a bit of damage when caught unguarded... that is, if they could even target him at all when he's in another dimension.
The defense of the body increase greatly with the new armor plating, giving him very high defense ability.
Speed: A-
Very high for his size, the "hand" that appears out of thin air can strike so quickly it'll be very hard for a regular human to even have a chance to dodge the strike at all.
The new armor plating decreases his overall speed a bit, along with his size, but that is over for his overall speed, his attack speed is just as fast as before.

Retaining the ability to think, though it might not seem any special, but it is this ability that allowed humans to flourish to the modern civilization, compared to other animals.
Decoy Creation Energy Required: 0+Amount of decoy past the second one.
The ability to create a humanoid Bio-Armor decoy that looks, acts, and feel completely human, with the exception that they require energy from the creator just like a regular Bio-Armor, the ability of the decoy varies depending on the user's strength; One thing to be noted, is that being trapped in another dimension, the only way to "appear" in the real world, is by having a way to "mark" its position, then use it to temporary intervene with the world, so at least one Decoy is required to do anything else, if there's no Decoys then he is immobilized until a new one is created.
Bind Voice Effects: Stun, Energy Required: 3%
The ability to put power into its voice, causing a wide area effect of paralysis to those that heard it, but the effect can be reduced by reducing the sound heard, such as earplugs, or even using your hands to cover your ears; long range; if you're hit by the skill at close range, even your flesh would strip off your bones.
Time Stop Energy Required: 12% per turn
The ability to completely stop time for everything with the exception of the space around him, which allows him to interact with other things, uses a great amount of energy, but it's an exceptional ability that should not appear on a normal Bio-Armor. Records shows that it was able to stop time for up to "10 seconds" judging from the amount of action it could do within the effect of the ability, but these are old records, who knows about the about now.
Energy Recovery Effects: Healing, Energy Required: 0%(Passive Skill)
The ability to slowly regenerate Energy in battle as long as its near a Decoy, roughly 20% are recovered each turn.
Petrify Light Effects: Petrify, Energy Required: 8%
The ability to fire rays of light that would turn the target into stone, the effect is reversible with time, and the range is limited to James' visibility and if there are any obstacles in the way, multiple rays could be fired at the same time; anything that gets hit directly by the ray, gets turned into stone completely.
Frost Laser Effects: Freeze, Energy Required: 2%
The ability to fire rays that will freeze the surface it touches, low power, but low cost, multiple rays could be fired at the same time(more so than Petrify Light); the ray are stronger than before, and can turn any thing into ice completely, even large armored vehicles would find themselves trapped in a coffin of ice.
Energy Blast Attack Power: +60% Energy Required: 5%
A ball of energy, dark and purple in color that explodes on contact, causing damages by the energy itself, and the shockwave. The explosion radius is not too big compared to some of its other attacks, but still enough to easily engulf a truck, can be rapid fired up to (5 times per level) times a turn.
Atomic Wave Attack Power: +200% Energy Required: 4%
By controlling the radiation that caused its mutations, it is able to release them as a burst of powerful energy that burns anything it touches, and causes an explosion on objects that it cannot pierce through such as specially fortified barricades. Though it is radiation and the side effects could be nullified by the right protective equipments, the main damage is still caused by the intense heat of the blast.
All sorts of "tricks" could be done with this attack, such as releasing it as an all range shockwave, focusing it into a concentrated blast, or simple things such as using extra power to greatly increase it's attack power, it also have low requirements, and can fire multiple shots at once.
Thunder Charge Attack Power: +400% Per Charge Energy Required: 18%, -15% HP Use, -5% HP each turn(stacks).
By generating, and at the same time re-absorbing extremely powerful electricity, it can temporary increase its attack power and speed until the end of the battle. When used its HP will decrease each turn, but the effect could be stacked. The electricity would also act as a barrier that decreased some amounts of attack, and cause damage to others when physical contact happens. When the skill is dis-activated, half of the EN that's used would be absorbed for recovery to EN.
Sub-Space Warping Effect: Warping Energy Required: 10%+1% for each extra passenger.
By fully using its dimensional abilities, it can temporary 'leave' the regular dimension, into another world where his core stays, and then back out into the regular world for traveling of great distance, or to dodge attacks.
Stealth Ability Energy Required: 1% per turn
The ability to change and match the color of the armor, with the surroundings, giving James a sort of stealth coating that help the large new body in hiding from its enemies, won't work too well when it's moving fast.
