I decided to rant here in order to prevent myself from punching some of my customers, feel free to join in the RAGING.
- Day 1
Today, someone asked about a ticket to Calgary and "Tunto", after a few tries it turns out to be "Toronto", and the customer have no idea when she's going to go to those two places, which one of those two places, and how many people.
She also asked about packages(Air+Hotel) to those two places, and refused to hang up until I tell her three times in a row that I need to know where she's going, when she's going, what kind of hotel and how many people, before I could find her a price.
That's all today.(There's actually more but once a day is enough)

You're in customer service? Just don't emote. Try to detach yourself man. People are assholes and horribly stupid. My friend's mom has been working for Edison gas company and she has gotten assholes that call in saying that a pole is leaning. When she asks what kind it is. They say it's "flesh colored". Yea. he was talking about his penis.
My own rage is my supervisor asking me to clean the stupid beam laser. It's fucking filthy. because she failed to train the replacement after the last operator quit. So I didn't clean shit. I don't care. it's ridiculous..

lol...I work part time as a cook...which isn't bad the guys I work with are all pretty cool...the most I ahve to worry about is being snuck up on and being chocked out >.>....and my boss is like a martial arts master, trained with a friend/student of Bruce Lee's...my main job though is I'm a store clerk...>.>....all kinds of stupid there...and its not just all from the customer's....my new manager is fucked...but let's see...anything that's been recent... ah yes...a couple of days ago, I was helping a customer and there was like a dozen kids in the store...so I have to keep an eye out make sure there not stilling anything...if so...I get to beat them ....but this lady in her 40s with he mom...came in...and normally we have a small cart in the back if people need one...well it wasn't there so she yelled at me from like 10 feet away and was like "you have a buggy?..." I was like "ummm"...well I'm trying to help a customer and crane my neck around him to see if it was in the back of the store...after giving me about 3 seconds to reply, she started to make hand gestures...and in that condescending voice "you know, what you push in the grocery store" I stared back at her and was like..."I know what your talking about...I'm not stupid, you have to give me a minute" she then glared at me until I went into the back to get her the buggy, then she stared at me the rest of the time she was in there... that my little store rant....

Had a horrible start today... well it's my fault, I was fixing my stapler that's broken... and then accidently stapled my finger, it went in pretty deep and bleeding like hell... and it's my right index finger ._.

But it hurts, and I have to use the mouse at work too... ._.
It went into the flesh and quite deep too, but the bleeding stopped now, it still hurts though.

So I had to call United Airway to ask them about some information on baggages... they direct me to the Los Angeles Airport...
I call the LA Airport... their recorded message tells me to call UA... wtf, where am I suppose to call then when both of you told me to call the other!? D=<

So today, someone called me about a ticket to Hong Kong, this is pretty common and I get them all the time but...:
"I want a ticket Hong Kong."
"Ok, when do you want to go?"
"It doesn't matter, sometime in March."
"....Ok... when are you coming back?"
"In three months."
*checks price and tells price*(around 1200)
"But my friend said she found a ticket for around 600."
".....Did it include the price?"
"Yes."
"....So you're saying your friend got a ticket to Hong Kong that had a net price of around 300?"
"Yes."
".....Well we can't do it."
"Can't you do it online for me?"
"No."

People seems to think they can get tickets for free, at a busy time(around Spring Break), and then try and bullshit their way to a cheaper price, no on my watch D:

Continued from yesterday:
Later in the day, I found out I was wrong, sort of.
Air Canada gone insane yesterday(or maybe celebrating women's hockey gold medal?), and did a buy one get one free, but just for one day.
None of us knew about it until we're an hour away from closing. <_<;;
....So I guess it's my fault, no RAGE for yesterday. =(

James, you still have it easy compared to working customer service directly in front of a beer hall. Everyone I talked to all day long was soso drunk.
