It's not a major franken, as I only put on three different parts and took one off, but it's still my first. <.< If anyone wanted to go ahead and clean up the edges... >.> Just sayin'.

I might end up taking the yellow dealio off. It's supposed to be the squad insignia, but I scaled it down too much.

I actually got to say that suit looks kinda of cool for an Zeonic type MS.

Thanks. As it turns out, the squad insignia has been modified, and I still might not have it on the MS. Or if I do, it'll be somewhere on the shield or something.

I'd suggest the shoulder armor; which side tends to vary as most units have it on the left, and in MSV this is where Zakus had it too, but most later/current depictions tend to place it on the right side's shield (which is probably a better place anyways). Alternately, it could be on the side of the head. Side of the head may seem odd, but several of the 0080 suits (well actually all of them but the "headless" Z'Gok E) have examples of their squadron insignia being painted on the side of the head much like the markings on a WW2 German helmet. Which actually works considering the non-aquatic units (i.e. the Zaku Kai, Kaempfer, Gelgoog Jg, and Rick Dom II) they all have heads with added armor shaped like a Stahlhelm. Even with the aquatic units, the Hygogg kind-of looks like a stahlhelm from some angles with a little imagination (or maybe even one of those wierd, flared-out Polizei/Luftschutz helmets).

It works like this:
See German thing.
Decide you like it.
Tinker.
Tinker.
Something.
PROFIT.

Fucking German inspiration, how does it work? It works well actually, what with German Engineering and all.
