Faction Name: The Grand Alliance Place of Origin: Southeastern Region Leading House: House Gransela Members: House Aduinliun, House Poseidra, and various other Houses in the Southeast
History:
The Grand Alliance was created in response to Aurlia's creation of the Duchy Alliance. Similar to Ancient Earth Warsaw Pact and NATO forming these two military alliances are similar in being two rival factions. United under Gransela differences between it and the Duchy Alliance is that more closer to feudal then Aurlia's more based on allies. Most members of the Grand Alliance are in fact vassals of Gransela or Vassals of Vassals depending on Economic Status, Noble Status, and Military Status. There are a few true independent allies of Gransela, but most are simply see Gransela as its Liege Lord who's Liege Lord is that of the Emperor. Made of different cultures its military is just like Duchy Alliance in using a standardized ships to make ease of repairs and inter-connectivity.
