Dr. Ginju was continuous amazed at this new race it completely was in his area of study of biology. Though he noticed the evident that their race were force to fight for their very survival whereas humans were allowed to grow and prosper being the dominate race of their planet. Humans needed to change to advance itself to push its own desires. Iltruskar on the other hand needed to advance to simply survive.
"There is so much more but I do know there is not enough time or this is the place to discuss this in full detail. For now I will end my own questions as we need to discuss the place between both our civilizations can talk, discuss, greet, and benefit from each other.", Dr. Ginju soon finished.
"With that said, anything else you need as we still need to determine a place between us to meet and negotiate; between our people and yours.", Kathrine then added.

"I believe I have been given sufficient information to positively relay to my superiors in regards to formal negotiations. Is this system under your control? If it is not I would recommend it as neutral ground for our diplomats to meet. I think it fitting, being this system is where we first made contact." The xulran recommended, moving back to his seat and lowering himself into it slowly. "It would seem only fitting."

Kathrine turned to her communications officer who soon heard about something from the Imperials which made her head stop for a moment and understood it can wait til later.
"It is not Imperial space as we are still exploring as well, our colonies are quite a ways off as well. It can be quite fitting as neutral ground, though we haven't named this sector of space yet for such an occasion. I will relay your message to the Imperial Expedition; who will send an envoy to this sector of space for us to meet in negotiations. ", Kathrine finished.
Though for she kept her head cool, during this exchange the Iltruskar would notice a moment of worry in her face when an unspoken word was said between her and the communications officer. In truth the message was not a bringer of good news, though it didn't involve the first contact at all.

"Very well, I shall relay a message back and inform my people of the same. We have only arrived here a few days beforehand, so we had not named nor claimed this region ourselves." True to his word another brief message update was sent back to HQ to get things underway for the diplomats to take over from here in days to come.
While that was going on the xeno caught the concern she seemed to exude during the brief lapse in dialog. "Is there a matter that has came to pass?" He pressed on that. It completely missed him that outside circumstances were at play here, and assumed the message she had received and looked worried over, was related to the Kelp being here at all. The timing was extremely convenient, in his wary mind. "You suddenly seem ill at ease."

Kathrine was caught off guard for a moment when Xulran soon said that she tried to think of an excuse then turned to her communications officer who then prepared to stop the recording of this moment.
"No no nothing at all.", Kathrine soon said which the communications officer soon turned off the recording then allowed Kathrine to speak.
"To be blunt Xulran, our people are in an crisis and very cautious time. You see the new Empress Cirena the First on her ascension to the throne, issues an unprovoked attack on Academia Supremus. You see the Academia is a place of learning but mostly a symbol of unity of the human race. All Nobles send their heirs there to learn and be a good inspiration that future leaders of the Empire live for a brief time. She then declared arrest of all Nobles across Imperial owned worlds. At this moment I shouldn't be saying this it would be treason not only death to me and my crew but also all those of the Rabona Group. The Empire is at the brink of civil war, between the Empire and the Noble Houses.
The message I received was form CALIBURN a secret organization which sole goal protection of the Empire and the survival of the human race. There was been incidents across the Empire which is pushing the tension between both sides. The message is that there have been a clash between the Grand Alliance of House Gransela and the Empire in the southeastern region which also pushed the Duchy Alliance lead by House Aurlia into full alert for potential of a war breaking out. That is two of the mightiest three Great Houses... if House Sarcanus also goes into alert it could cause chaos the human race has not seen since the time of the Crusades. I am only telling you this because I do not wish for another war between us and aliens when we humans are too busy fighting ourselves. I myself fought in the Tetranni Conflict the conflict was bloody the survival rate low. It would destroy any human sanity, if such another war happens. Please do not tell the Imperials I said this... I do not wish to increase tensions more.", Kathrine soon finished knowing full well what she just did which got Dr. Ginju pale for a second.

The bluntness of her admission stunned the entire crew, causing several of them to glance back and forth from one another to the captain. Mirchial placed his four-fingered hands flat on his console and closed all 3 eyes to consider the full weight of the implication this would have on them. The sheer divisiveness these people had between one another was, in their minds, unheard of.
"I see. I cannot fathom how you empire stood this long with so many internal forces struggling with one another. Something like this coming to pass should not be a surprise, it should be an accepted fact. It is our philosophy that everyone should see themselves not as an individual but as a organ, that is how a successful nation operates. All are interconnected and working to keep the body healthy. When there is struggle against one another, the body withers and dies..." The alien comments, letting a fair bit of his personal opinion slip in before he catches himself. At which point he'd retract his arms and fold them behind his back in a very human gesture. "Forgive my speaking out. It is not my place to comment on how humanity conducts itself."
"You have my condolences, and hopes that a peaceful resolution can come to exist in due time. Are your people not at risk of the actions being taken by your head of state?" It wasn't quite mentioned if the rabona group was a part of any noble house, but Kathrine certainly made themselves sound similar enough to question it.

"It is alright, we humans have always killed each other since the beginning of time. The reason why this Empire lasted so long is because the Emperor's lead with logic, destroyed who would destroy the peace they created. The best way humans can even live is that of a tyrant, though some have disagreed and it is not my place what form of government is right. As for us The Rabona Group is controlled by an Noble House... House Rabona, who currently's main heir is that of the same heir of the Duchy of Aurlia, Marquis Ven Avenor.
A war breaking could very well lead to our group's destruction but we prefer to stay neutral as we do not have much of a military to speak of. I do know the young Ven Avenor is idealistic from I hear in his views and would rather talk then fight. His elder brother was a true politician that managed to get all sides at least discuss matters civilly and productive. Our head of state could risk us but I am not sure what is going on. She is moving in an manner that has never happened before. All Emperor's before her have ruled justly, logically, and were well respected. She on the other hand so far has cause only trouble in her short reign.
Being out here I cannot do much only this ship is now my home. For my goal is to explore unknown space, meet new civilizations, and try to make as much peace with others to prevent any horrific wars from occurring. As well I have a gift, I will send over the entire history of the human race that we can remember, from past wars, various nations, to what we are now. Maybe then you can understand why the way we do such things.", Kathrine soon replied.
She knew what was likely going to happen if the Empire find out... she didn't care, she needed to warn the Iltrukar so they do not get mixed up with the problems of humans. She didn't want to see another person to die in front of her again. With that the information was transmitted to the Iltruskar.

All was silent on the other end of the line as everything said was considered. It took a short while, with the Iltruskar being thoughtful of how he replied.
"Your history sounds truly interesting, and I hope that in less turbulent times we can learn more of it. I can no longer in good faith keep you and your vessel here, so I insist we draw this meeting to a close, that we may return to our agendas. I must inform my people of the news of our meeting..."
Another short pause as the admiral looked over Kathrine with scrutiny. "...in your case I would advise preparation. You have contacted the Empire with this news already, I trust? Your leader will no doubt have her eyes turned squarely to this corner of space. This is no longer a frontier, it is a frontline on the other side of which exists a race of unknown entities. You, being nearby, will fall within her sights for certain. It is doubtful your Empress will allow loose ends to exist where a strong presence is required, my insight as a military commander tells me this."

"We will keep that in mind, we can only hope we may survive. Best luck in your travel home, we too now must report to the Imperial Expedition Command for a report as well. Have safe travels and may the Star Mother and Star Child guide you safely home.", Kathrine soon said something Aurlians and other who believe in the Religion of the Stars would do so.
With that the message soon ended with Kathrine relaxing a moment.
"Captain...", Dr. Ginju soon said worried.
"Do not worry, nothing bad will happen... but he is right, it will only be time before we too will be targeted by the Empress. We will live our days best we can and I hope there will not be another war in this region of space. I hope I made the right choice... history will be judge this action I did... if I was wrong at least I did what I believed in. I wonder though... if this Ven Avenor is truly who he is but only that of a 17 year old boy. What future will the Rabona Group and the rest of the human race face? Let us hope we will survive this time.", Kathrine then stated.
"Captain I believe you did what was right... to prevent any future wars between us and them, someone had to make the right first step. They will remember us and someone good at least even if our own people will forget us someone will remember the good. Just continue this path and one day let us hope one day we will stop this petty wars and work in unity.", Dr. Ginju soon finished.
Kathrine soon smiled... in another life her and Ginju... just maybe. She threw that out of her mind as they were slowly growing old.
"Helmsmen take us out of the system and begin heading back towards Imperial Expedition Command.", Kathrine soon ordered.
"Aye aye Captain and so you know the rest of the crew fully supports your actions. We would of done the same.", the helmsmen soon said.
Suddenly the large Exploration Star Cruiser RSS Darwin jumped out of the system, towards its uncertain future.
